Needles is an outcrop of rock pinnacles protruding from West to East in a row from the water. This boat dive site is situated just south of Malgas island. Entry is mostly done on the Northern side west corner.

 All sorts of plant life including kelp, anemones, sea urchins can be seen as well as a rich fish life like crayfish, stompneus, jutjaws, kolesterte, jellyfish and Puffadder shy sharks
