Seven blinders is situated on the north-eastern side of the Saldanha bay harbor area. It is accessed by boat and has an old wreck that is scattered over the seabed among rock formations. The entry point is marked by the south Cardenal Buoy.

The wreck is overgrown by kelp, anemones, and sea urchins. Possible encounters of rich fish life like crayfish, stompneus, jutjaws, kolesterte, jellyfish and Puffadder shy sharks
